We are Published!

I had a few loose goals before we set out on our trip, besides the obvious (staying healthy, safe, sane). On the advice of a friend, I decided to read one book set in each country we were visiting. I also wanted to get at least one article written about our journey. Ideally, I’d like to write something that gets picked up by a travel or family magazine, and I’m still planning to pitch a few articles before it’s all said and done. But it was a nice surprise when one of my former client publications expressed interest in covering our travel adventures! While Convenience Store Products magazine may not be the Travel and Leisure I was aiming for, I found it really appropriate considering we visit the 7-11 and other convenience stores multiple times each week. Whatever country we are in, we are always looking for bottled water, Diet Coke and snacks for Luke. I’m pretty excited that our journey made its way to print!
